Will and Serenity are still looking back on a costly education. The class today is Mythology 180 for you all curious UNL students. Serenity burns bridges, Homer makes an odessey, and we close it with a shout out to all our new fans in Belgium. You’ll never be a low country in our hearts.

Dear wife Serenity it coming to the end of another delightful semester of higher education, and she wanted to take some time out to discuss the many books she’s been forced to read over these last few months. Today we are covering the class “English Authors After 1800” with discussions of Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, North and South by Elizabeth Gaskell, Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf, and Midnight’s Children by Salman Rushdie. Even though it sounds all academic, don’t worry, there are still plenty of swears.

Will and Jed sit down for a nice chat about sports - and what happens when you ask these two nerds of various degrees to talk about sports? Topics covered somehow become: The Hobbit, reality TV, the obsolescence of checkers, the futility of chess against the computers, and Halo. Of course, how can we talk about sports when we can’t even settle on a definition of the word? By being baffled by the pervasive nature of Husker football mostly.

We’ve finally gotten the gang all back together. Unforunately, there is a prank war that must be reckoned with. Jed got glittered, Serenity got ballooned, and Will is Spider-Man if he had Asperger’s. What’s the defference between a prank and being an ass? Share you thoughts on our page at Facebook.com/howtowasteyourlife or tweet @how2waste.

I’ve spent all day trying to build this simple Tumblr website for my podcast. The experience reminded me of the first joke above. Alright, you’re a comedian…can you code HTML?

We’re still too damn busy to round up our co-hosts this week, so Will takes the opportunity to pontificate further on the state of stand-up in the greater Nebraska area. Words prove to be a challenge, making enemies proves to be easy, and answers prove to be elusive. If you have the answers, send them out to how2wasteyourlife@gmail.com or try Facebook.com/howtowasteyourlife to put it up in the public forum. We demand the truth. Viva la resistance!

It’s been a trying two week hiatus, but we’re back. Joining Will is Omaha comedy luminary Zach Peterson of OK Party Comedy. They discuss the difficulties of cultivating an active comedy scene in Omaha, Zach turns in his Star Wars fan card, and along the way, there may have been a gun incident. Check out www.okpartycomedy.com for videos and info about live shows. They’re okay.

We may be to busy to get together, but I - Will Dougherty - will still bring you a new (if short) episode all by my lonesome. I finally give credit where credit is due, people want nothing more than to give companies money for things they like, and I take a long stroll across the intersection of sexuality and pizza. Let us know what you think or what you want to hear an episode about at Facebook.com/howtowasteyourlife or email how2wasteyourlife@gmail.com if you prefer the less public forums.

It’s all about the Mario games on today’s show. Will wonders why he is the only gamer he knows who still seems to love them as much as when he was younger, New Super Mario Bros. Wii has a dumb name, and talk about Super Mario 3D Lands leads into discussion about the merits of 3D in general. Tell us why Waluigi is the best Mario character ever at us at Facebook.com/HowtoWasteYourLife and on Twitter @how2waste or e-mail directly to how2wasteyourlife@gmail.com.
